I am hoping to be hired back into my role as a full time employee once my apprenticeship concludes.
Technical Account Manager Apprentice
As a TAM I am responsible for the delivery of a support contract from Microsoft to our customers. It is a relationship role which I love. I thoroughly enjoy working with our customers helping them to achieve their business goals.
I live in Bracknell, going to school and sixth form there I only completed my AS levels. During this time I realised that I did not agree with the current education system, with exams not showing my true skills and capabilities. Realising this, university was not an option for me.
A year into the role and scheme, I can say that I am a HUGE advocate for apprenticeships. It is a great way to get your foot in the door, experience the work place and make business impact to have on your CV as well as a qualification.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends, shopping, going for dinner, drinks, spending time with my dogs, horse, binge watching Netflix and reading.

I did not like the exams and the pressure that came with them and preparation beforehand.

Teachers, family friends within business, trusted colleagues can double up as great mentors, giving an insight into their own experiences and guidelines.
At school I considered all the cliché options, vet and lawyer. But I knew I wanted to make an impact. But more towards my leavers I realised a more corporate fast paced environment was what I desired.
Stay calm. Not worry. It was so easy to get caught up in the present and too much in the future. Relationships, friends, boys, gossip. Things that every young girl goes through but I let them take priority over me.
